Most women know what they dream about. What they lack is not a plan, but a foundation. A mental foundation that makes it possible to move from dream to reality.
For four days at Villa Karma, directly by the Mediterranean, we work on exactly that. You strengthen your self-image, clarify your inner direction and leave with tools, clarity and an experience you will never forget.
This is not a course. It is a turning point.
You do not come alone. The retreat is organised in double rooms, and you must travel with a friend, colleague or someone you know. You share a room and experience the four days together. This is a deliberate part of the format.

Luxury accommodation
3 nights at Villa Karma, an exclusive villa directly by the Mediterranean. You share a room with the person you bring.
All meals included*
Breakfast and lunch served in and around the villa. One evening we enjoy an exclusive dinner prepared by a private chef at Villa Karma. Other evenings we dine at selected local restaurants.
Workshops on goals and self-image
Three in-depth workshops working with the mental patterns that are keeping you from your next level.
Rooftop yoga
Private yoga instructor on the villa rooftop with views over the Mediterranean. Start each day with movement and presence.
Visualisation and meditation
Guided sessions that train your mind to see and believe in the life you are creating.
Professional photographer
A professional photographer captures you at your best, in the villa and on the beach. You leave with 15–20 images you can use directly on your social media.
An exclusive circle of women
You meet 7 other women who are in the process of creating something bigger. The connections you build here reach far beyond these four days.
Your personal creation method
You leave with a concrete step-by-step method for creating what you dream of. Not just for this goal, but as a tool you can use again and again for the rest of your life.

- 10:00Workshop I: Your Dream Goal — We map your dream goal in depth and work with the principles behind turning dreams into reality. You leave this session with a clear and concrete goal and an inner clarity that gives you energy and direction.

- 16:00Guided visualisation and meditation — Train your mind to see and feel your dream scenario
- 17:00Free time · Beach walk · Relaxing afternoon

- 11:00Workshop II: Your Self-Image — Your self-image is the foundation everything else is built on. We explore the mental patterns unconsciously holding you back and work with concrete tools to strengthen your inner picture.

- 16:30Workshop III: From Dream to Decision — Final integration. You leave with a concrete plan and an inner clarity that carries you forward.

Sotogrande, Costa del Sol
Villa Karma is located in Sotogrande, one of the most exclusive and sought-after areas on the Costa del Sol. In 2006 Sotogrande was named by The Times as home to Europe's most expensive properties, and the area has since maintained its reputation as a destination for those who seek the very best.
The villa sits directly by the sea with only 20 metres to the Mediterranean and direct access to the beach. From the terrace you look out over the water towards the Rock of Gibraltar. In the morning you can dive into the sea from your terrace. In the evening you watch the sun set right in front of you.
Puerto Sotogrande is less than 2 km away and offers Spanish restaurants, luxury shopping and harbour atmosphere. Marbella and Puerto Banus are under 30 minutes away, Malaga Airport under one hour.

Villa Karma is not just a beautiful house by the sea. It is proof that it works.
A few years ago I had a clear picture in my mind of a life by the Mediterranean. A villa. Peace. Abundance. It seemed unrealistic. Yet I worked with exactly the principles I now teach, and Villa Karma became reality.
It is no coincidence that we hold this retreat here. The villa itself is the proof that you can create the life you dream of, no matter how impossible it feels right now.
